Filament does not stick on a hotbed?

For newcomers, this is the most common problem. Do not worry, you can solve it easily. Generally, the distance between the nozzle and platform is too far or near. So rotary the knob under the platform to adjust the distance between the nozzle and platform again, at a piece of A4 paper distance or less).

I've had the Ender 3 Pro for about a year now. It's a great printer but may run into issues at times. Most common is the bed leveling and keeping the nozzle clean. I recently had some issues with error codes and saw this troubleshooter on a forum which has helped me a lot with common Ender 3 issues https://mattermanifest.com/diagnostic Would probably not be my first choice if I could buy another printer, seems like the V3 SE has resolved most of the issues that happen on the Pro

My Ender 3 Pro lasted only 1 year which was the warranty period, I have to repair the printer myself, the staff only wants to earn money on me. A bad company

I received this on Christmas, it only ran for about a week. I was informed by the store that it was bought at to contact the company in regards to getting it repaired or replaced, and that many customers had been having several of the same issues lately. For the past several weeks I have been trying to get this fixed. I receive thermal runoff errors half way through prints and now it won't even auto home. I tried all of their recommendations and now they want me to film the problem, which is ridiculous. Their warranty is a joke as they will not actually replace said printer, they want the customer to trouble shoot and then they will send "replacement parts". They will not actually replace the item and they don't seem to take responsibility for defects. This whole ordeal has been horrible as well as their company has been horrible, and I am never using their products again. Hopefully you will not use their products either.

I purchased the Ender 3 Pro about 3 months ago. Since that time, I've had bed leveling issues due to one of the rotary wheels not adjusting properly and the other three vibrating off their posts. I have had nozzles being clogged, filament adhesion issues even after ensuring the bed was leveled. The customer support webpage is pretty useless. The chat doesn't work, there isn't a toll-free number to call, all calls are international, so the only apparent option is to email, so be prepared to wait a couple of days for a reply. I ended up purchasing a PRUSA one month later and had one bed temp issue, but the company immediately sent a new wiring harness due to a short and it's working great. Now, I'm trying to fix the clogged nozzle and will probably just replace it with the extra that they sent with the original purchase. Says it all when they feel they must include that right off the bat.

I have 2 of these ender 3d pros and both are junk, sitting on the shelf, waiting for Creality support to respond . Creality support sucks, they might respond with in a year. The 1st one made it about 1 yr. And the second one bought in December 2021 made it about 4 months. Both with run away high heat. The second 1 now just starts up, goes blank then starts again. I bought a Sunlu about 1 year ago and it still runs great. DONT BUY ENDERS 3D PRO, THERE JUNK.
