Filament did not stick on the hotbed.For newcomers, this is the most common problem. Do not worry, you can solve it easily. Generally,the distance between the nozzle and platform is too far or near. Creality Ender 3 Bed Leveling – All You Need to Know
Any structure needs a strong foundation. The same is true for 3D-printed objects. Leveling the bed on your Creality Ender 3 will ensure that that all-important first layer is solid...
How to level Creality Creality Ender 3?
Move the nozzle so that it’s positioned over the left corner of the bed. A half-inch or so from both sides is a good location.
Slide the paper between the nozzle and the bed. If it doesn’t fit, drop the corner until it does.
Once the paper is able to slide under the nozzle, very slowly raise the corner with the adjuster. Remember: Clockwise moves the bed up. As you do this, gently slide the paper back and forth. The moment you feel even the slightest resistance to your moving the paper, stop turning the knob. That corner is (almost) ready to go.
Do the same for the other three corners of the build plate. Always advance the hot end to a new corner slowly. This will prevent damage to the build plate in case the nozzle starts to drag. If this occurs, simply lower the next corner (before starting the leveling process) to make some room.
After you’ve adjusted each corner once, go back and check the four corners again. You may have to do further adjustments to get all four correct.

I've had my Ender 3 for over a year now and it's just been one problem after another. I've replaced the broken extruder, I've replaced the nozzle, the PTFE tube, tried several different kinds of filament only to get a couple decent prints before something else inevitably goes wrong. The print quality is ok, but not great when it does work. But it's maybe one print in 30 that actually finishes without running in to some sort of issue. It is currently collecting dust in my office because I've given up trying to fix the latest issue.

I received my Ender 3 in the mail today. After i had completed the build and set it to auto home, I placed the card in the printer and selected the test file there. The filament doesn't stick to the bed, the nozzle is set 2" above the bed and there is no way to adjust the height of the nozzle and the bed and only rise up so far. In frustration, I walked away after powering down the printer. came back and the printer screen now says SD Int Fail... So many issues within the 8 hours that I have had it. I know how well these printers can work and I'm hoping to get someone to help me out.

Es la mejor impresora que existe para principiantes y veteranos. Extremadamente fácil de usar, no hace tanto ruido comparado con la competencia de impresoras, y imprime bastante rápido. No encontré ninguna pega en esta impresora.

j'ai 2 ENDER 3 depuis 1 ans, j'en suis ravie , elles tournent 24 sur 24. J4ai juste changé 1 extrudeur sur 1 machine. Très bonne imprimante , je le recommande.

From the order to a very quick delivery, the printer arrived in perfect condition. The printer assembly was a lesson in engineering itself. Easy, straight-forward instructions enabled my 11 yr old to fully help and understand the mechanics of the printer. If your child is beyond the Lego stage and looking for another creative interest, this could be the very thing...such a great value too.

Love my Ender 3! Went through 3/4 of a roll of hatchbox PLA filament / Cura slicer and suddenly I'm having layer adhesion problems and a lot of stringing. Watched countless videos and can't understand why I have problems. Can you recommend an online trouble shooting guide? Thanks

Generally, the recommended printing temperature for PLA material is 200 degrees for the print head and 60 degrees for the hot bed. You can check the temperature setting requirements of the pla you used
Regarding the stringing, please pay attentent to set the retraction. You could try : the retraction length is 6-10mm, the retraction speed is set to 60-100mm/s, and the nozzle is lifted by 0.2mm during retraction

How do I update the firmware for the ender 3, 3D printer?

Copy the bin file to the TF card, note that there can only be one bin file in the TF card, (bin file is firmware), please rename the file to a simple character, such as: "aaa" (you need to update the firmware every time change the file name to a different). Insert the memory card into the machine and turn it on. After updating the firmware, unplug the TF card and reformat it.
